Hello all I was wondering if anyone could help me solve this problem of my Dyson 360 Vis Nav Robot. I have had it for roughly a year maybe more and it started making this awful high pitched squeaking noise about 3 months ago. I have considered taking it to a Dyson service centre or sending it to them. But I don’t believe it is worth the risk (could break during delivery). Taking it on a plane is also a huge hassle as I am located far from a Dyson service centre. I have located wheee the sound is coming from and it is the black round rubber piece on the end of the motor in the brush bar compartment.
