The predictions of my periods says that I’ll be in it by new year, while I’ll be in my family 8 hours aways. I will stays at 2-3 houses for the week, and I don’t know how I could just clean and dry my undies. I feel the only solution is to have disposable pads for the week. You have better solution?

Im planning to stop hormonal birth control in 2027 but only try for children in 2028. It is too stabilize my body and my cycle. I’m not a big fan of condoms (I’m a woman with a male partner) and want to minimize their use. I also want to understand my cycle so when the time is right it’ll be easier to make little ones. Anyway, I want to find a free app that tracks my cycle and my fertility windows and accept ovulation test and basal temperature in their system. Is there any? Do you have any recommendations?
I’m open to suggestions and I know it’s risky, I’m willing to take it. It’s not a big deal if I’m pregnant , I just don’t want to try for it .
