1 year back to lifting after a 6 year hiatus

Hello fellow workout enthusiasts!

I wanted to share some photos of myself looking for feedback insight or just general opinions, I’ve been a long time lurker and I figured I might as well see how I am doing with building my body! I have been lifting constantly now for a year or so, 3 days a week usually. After a 6 year hiatus of not lifting at all and mostly putting on weight I decided it’s time to get back to the grind! I am 27 years old, 6’2” (190cm) and 235lbs (106kg), eating maintenance around 3000kcal a day (220g of protein), I was working towards my old PR’s as a baseline at first for my first 3 months and then have been trying to re-comp for the last 9ish months, I am currently on the last 3 weeks of my program and hopefully will be on track for my strength goals, after that I will be doing a big cut to try and see what I’ve build. I was around 250lbs when starting this workout journey. Let me know how I am doing or if there is anything I should look out for, it’s taking a lot for me to share this as I usually like to keep to myself. I shared images and progress with GPT to get a second opinion but has been mostly unhelpful. Thanks in advance! PS - I know my posing is so bad so hopefully that doesn’t get in the way haha
