It took way longer to caramelize the onions but it was worth it.
Infuse was really hard for me to think of but then I remembered my favorite dessert growing up. Nothing fancy just strawberries that were sliced up, putting some sugar and lemon juice, left about a half a day and then tossed into a bowl of half heavy cream and half evaporated milk. I could not drink school strawberry milk because it was like the lacroix of one of my favorite treats. It must be in a bowl and eaten with a spoon.
I had to take a picture of the bowl cuz we ended up eating it before I even got the rice together This is such a simple and comforting meal and I really like the taste of pomegranate molasses
