How to make the most of my money?

I’ve got around £30k saved from my current business and I’m looking at investing properly into scaling a coaching / consulting business through digital advertising.

I know the basics probably involve a combination of:

Meta ads
Google ads
Strong landing pages
Email nurture
Discovery calls
Content/social proof

…but I’m trying to understand the most efficient structure for creating warm lead generation that actually converts into booked calls — without just burning money on cold traffic.

For context, I already have business experience and results behind me, so this isn’t starting from zero. I’m more trying to figure out the smartest scaling system and funnel structure before throwing money into ads.

Questions:
What would the ideal paid media structure look like?
Meta ads vs Google ads — where would you prioritise first? How do I ‘balance’ the two budget-wise?
What kind of funnel converts best? (lead magnet, webinar, VSL, direct booking, quiz etc)
At what point should you hire media buyers/agencies instead of learning yourself?
What CAC/booked call cost should actually be considered “good”?

Thanks in advance

Starting business coach venture

Hello! I’d love to start coaching people to launch and grow their own businesses. Over the past 2 years, I’ve started 2 businesses that are both generating a strong net profit, and I’d genuinely love to share what I’ve learned to help more people thrive.

Especially since becoming a mum, I’ve realised how important flexibility and financial freedom can be, and I’d love to help other mums create that for themselves too.

Are there any business coaches on here? I’d love any tips or advice on getting started

Scaffolding has negatively impacted our business in England and we have lots thousands

Hello,

We have had construction up for 6 months + outside the spa. The company have been USELESS in working with us to work around our treatments. They constantly cover access to the door. We’ve had to cancel treatments due to the noise which has probably lost us in excess of £10k+. We aren’t covered in our insurance, most won’t cover it because it’s government scheme due to Grenfell.

I have sent countless emails to work with them to make it easier for everyone involved.

Is there anything I can do here or do I not have a leg to stand on?
