Silhouette Portrait 4 tearing stickers

I'm trying to cut 135gsm glossy white adhesive paper, and for some reason my Silhouette Portrait 4 keeps tearing the stickers. I've already cleaned the blade (which gets adhesive residue on it every time), tried several different settings, and so far nothing has worked. Can anyone help me?

I also don't know why my Silhouette is scratching the paper. I'm using the electrostatic mat.

Any tips for improving agility?

I started training Muay Thai about 3 months ago, and I'm really enjoying it. Does anyone have tips for improving kick speed and agility? For example, I find it difficult to throw a sequence of 20 fast kicks without slowing down.

Note: I have tight adductors.
