Starcraft HD Permanent Vinyl

I have been a lover of the Starcraft HD Permanent Vinyl from 143Vinyl for years. It was perfect for my woodworking projects. Obviously, they are no longer making that vinyl. I tried to order from Tulle and Vinyl, who said it was Starcraft HD, but it was not. It didn't have the labeling on the back that it was and it weeded horribly. I have also tried Oracle 651 and absolutely hate it and the Cricut value brand too. Starcraft was soft and flexible and weeded so well. Is there anything that is comparable? Am I SOL??

Silhouette Portrait 4 tearing stickers

I'm trying to cut 135gsm glossy white adhesive paper, and for some reason my Silhouette Portrait 4 keeps tearing the stickers. I've already cleaned the blade (which gets adhesive residue on it every time), tried several different settings, and so far nothing has worked. Can anyone help me?

I also don't know why my Silhouette is scratching the paper. I'm using the electrostatic mat.
