I am ready to cancel over my meds being open when I received them and half of the vial leaked. I have called, online messaging, and spoke to the provider. It goes nowhere! Mochi is great until have you have a problem! Please be aware to anyone considering their services
Has anyone received a damage shipment of your prescription? I have called and been chatting with Mochi about it. They offered a $40 courtesy credit. Half of my med leaked out and it was $199. I have spent several weeks trying to get resolved and no luck. Was wondering if anyone has had this issue and if they were able to resolve it?
