Need some advice.
I've always had pretty big calves, and it's something I've become more conscious of lately. I'm trying to figure out if there's actually a way to make them smaller.I know you can't spot-reduce fat, but has anyone managed to slim down their calves? Were they mostly muscle, fat, or just genetics? For reference, I work out regularly and walk a lot, so I'm not sure if that could be contributing to it.Would love to hear from anyone who's been in the same situation and what helped.

Views that definitely lived up to the hype!
I travelled to Paris a few weeks ago and it's safe to say - I have left my heart in this city. Just wanted to know if I am feeling overwhelmed or is it normal lol?

Quick question- what leggings have you tried that are genuinely squat proof? I’ve had a few pairs that looked fine until I hit the gym.
