ticket #13461562 I am banned for 1 year and my last ban was a long time and was 1 week ban and I'm now 4 days without answer
Hello FACEIT Support,
I would like to appeal my 1-year ban for toxicity. I understand the importance of keeping the platform respectful and enjoyable for everyone, but I genuinely feel that this punishment is too severe for the situation.
I never intended to seriously offend or harm anyone, and if my behavior came across the wrong way, I sincerely apologize for it. Since receiving the ban, I’ve had a lot of time to reflect, and I understand that I should have handled situations in-game more calmly and maturely. I am going throught a depression so I get unstable easily and playing faceit was helping me manage that.
I enjoy playing on FACEIT and being part of the community, and I would really appreciate another chance to prove that I can behave respectfully and positively going forward. I’m committed to avoiding any further issues and following all platform rules in the future.
I kindly ask you to reconsider the duration of the ban or remove it if possible.
