Need advice on Lucknow's real estate! Is ₹80-90L enough for a 1300-1500 sq ft LDA-approved plot right now?

I'm looking to settle down and buy a residential plot in the city, but I could really use some ground-level advice from locals who know the current real estate market better than I do.
I want to strictly gather opinions before I start approaching the market.

Here is what I am aiming for:

Size: 1300 to 1500 sq ft.
Budget: ₹80 - ₹90 Lakhs (for the land only).
Legal: Strictly LDA-approved.

My questions for the community:

  1. Budget Reality Check: With land prices shooting up, is ₹80-90L actually realistic for a 1200-1500 sq ft LDA plot in a decent area right now? Or are prices much higher on the ground than what is advertised online?

  2. Areas to Target: If the budget works, which locations are currently offering the best value and future development? (Are places like Gomti Nagar Ext., Vrindavan Yojna, or Sushant Golf City completely out of this budget now?)

  3. Red Flags: Are there any specific areas or common local scams I should absolutely avoid when looking for LDA plots?
