I noticed while doing the brotherhood questline, at daggers den, there's always a fusion core in the first interior on a table in that room, and youll be happy to find out that room does reset. so you can keep coming back for cores. If you dont want to wait for the reset time just reload into a new server. and the reason i say a lv 1 can do this is bc theres a barrel in front of the door that allows you to simply just hop over the barrier. (you can use the chained door to exit) so dont worry.
