Need advice on Nike P6000 sizing before I order online

So I tried the P6000 in store because I needed an everyday pair of shoes and heard they comfortable,

and the size EU 44.5 / US 10.5 was too tight, and the EU 45.5 / US 11.5 had too much room. They didn't have the EU 45 / US 11 so I couldn't try it, and now I'm thinking of just ordering it online.

The thing is I keep seeing people say these TTS but I normally wear EU 44 / US 10 in the Air Jordan 1 Low, so going up a full size feels a bit weird to me.

Anyone had a similar experience with these? Do you think the 45 / US 11 will end up working out?
