I just have a question. So I had an interview like a week and a half ago and in the beginning, the interviewer asked me to write down my name and also asked for my social security number. Is that normal in the interview? Also its been about like 1 week and half and they still haven't even called me back. Because don't they usually ask for your SSN if they are actually planning on hiring someone?

I have never worked before so I came for an interview and she just asked me simple questions and ask when I could work. The interview was finished in like 6 mins and the interviewer told me they will call me in 1-2 weeks. Do people usually get calls back or do yall get hired on the spot? What should I expect? Also r interviews usually that fast?
