My bf likes taking pictures of owls and ospreys, and we are visiting vancouver. Any recommendations on where to go to find them?

Skipped centennial because of an unruly passenger, he kept flipping off and showing gun movement to passengers from outside of the train.

Does anyone know what happens? And why police aren’t called?
