Metal stuck in Steering Stem
I’m the third owner, I believe the first owner installed some type of mount into the stem, second owner tried drilling it out and broke off a piece of screwdriver, I have no clue how to remove this. Is the metal I circled part of the stem or the mount? How do I go about removing this? Will it have any effect on the bike? Pls help
