Is there any libraries hiring or small bookstores for part time I’m a student trying to find a job either in Albuquerque or Rio Rancho

I’m suck on trying to find work as a apprentice for electrical but I tried ABC and and workforce solutions but i haven’t heard back I’m going to CNM for my electrical degree but I been told it’s not worth it
