The classroom that Vine built

I’m a music teacher for parks and rec and have basically no budget. I teach 6 preschool classes, 2 homeschool classes, and about 60 private ans group piano students. Almost everything in my piano studio and group classroom except the pianos nd some of the furniture came from Vine over the last three years! I have gotten so many percussion instruments, including class sets, for my little ones especially, and it adds so much to my program.

Vine is a real blessing to me, and I’m glad I have it!

Multiple mix ups in one day?

I got several orders today, and one was completely wrong (and almost certainly a more expensive item since the item I’d ordered was under $10 ETV) and one was missing two items listed in the listing explicitly-which is sad, because it’s a beautiful xylophone-but if I review it as is, it’s missing parts, and if they take it off my etv, the company won’t get a review at all.

Has anyone else had more mistakes than usual recently?

Is there ANY way to give a seller credit for packaging?

I got this absolutely beautiful Djembe, and it’s obvious Amazon just stuck a box around the seller’s packaging. this drum was packaged better than instruments I’ve gotten that cost 10x as much-it was so well wrapped and protected that I think the truck could have run over it and it might have survived!

I really would love to give the seller credit for that, because as someone who buys a lot of international instruments, I have had more than a few arrive broken. in this case, I suspect the seller substantially increased their shipping cost by packaging so well. but I KNOW that mentioning packaging tends to get reviews kicked out.

Any ideas?
