I am in the Army Reserves had a really bad drill (drove 7+ hours, slept 4 hours) and failed an AFT. Full accountability, Ive been playing games going to work full time at night and going to school full time, so its been a not great time. In the past 3 weeks, Ive quit the job and have started a better routine working out 3 times a week. I think I can pass this upcoming AFT in 3 weeks which comes before my deadline for my OER. But I am worried either way. Is a referred OER from one failed AFT a career ender?
