I'm wondering what recommendations folks have for portraits. I've been wanting an Amy Winehouse tattoo for ages, but have had a hard time finding tattoo artists who have multiple examples of their work creating likeness of public figures or famous people. I can travel so any recs in WV or pittsburgh would be great!
