Me and Brother just got done with another confrontation now he’s upset and saying that he’ll have the cops trespass me off the house if I try to come home. Can he do this?
Additional Details- Location: Florida and I’m over the age of 18.
I’ve lived there the same amount of time as everyone else in the home (6 plus years).
He has signed off on the house with my mom.
He has abused me and my siblings in said home prior.
