Alright people, so weird one here let me know if anyone had any similar or what to do, been at tesco since 2023 and have worked mainly two departments freezers/ produce but obviously I took any training I could, so i have basically every skill on my profile, my new manager that started at the beginning of the year has removed skills/ training from my profile, ive only just seen as I was checking out the new mytesco android app. Why would he do this? What should I do about it? Reason provided; skill not required.

Lol so now what? When I get asked to help out in bread and cakes or in dairy? Am I supposed to say I dont know how?
