Built an invoice automation system with n8n — extracts PDF data into Google Sheets automatically

Been building automation workflows and just finished this one.

The workflow: email arrives with invoice PDF → AI extracts vendor name, invoice number, amounts, line items, dates → clean structured data appears in Google Sheets automatically → file organised in Drive.

Zero manual entry. Runs on its own.
