My 21M girlfriend 21F has to sleep in the same bed as her M friend

So my girlfriend has a group of friends: 2 guys and 1 girl, and they’ve only been friends for about 5 months.
She lives in the same city as her female friend, while the other 2 guys are from another city. Recently, they went to my girlfriend’s city to hang out and stayed at her house.

When they were getting home, she told me that her friend and one of the guys were getting close, so basically the friend asked to sleep in the same room as the guy. Eventually, the other guy went to my girlfriend’s room and said they had “kicked him out,” so she said they had to sleep in the same bed, but far apart from each other. According to her, they mostly just talked and barely slept because my girlfriend was upset that the other girl and guy were having sex in her house — she felt disrespected. Anyway...

Now, one of them invited the girls to visit his city, and he said he wants to sleep with the girl again, which means my girlfriend will have to sleep in the same bed with the other guy again.

The first time this happened, I was uncomfortable, but I could understand that at the time there wasn’t really another option besides letting him sleep in the same bed. But now I feel like she already knows what’s going to happen before even going there, and I feel like it’s not something you should do when you’re in a relationship with someone else.

Is it okay for opposite gender friends to sleep in the same bed while in a relationship?
