Can't seem to figure this one out

I've adjusted a decent few things now. But this odd stairstep patterned blobbing(?) defect keeps popping up in the walls of everything my Prusa XL prints. Consistently in the same spots too.

Edit: Gets progressively worse as I let the print continue until large gaps appear.
