Hello,

Can you tell me how to verify the address in this application? I registered at the end of January and since then they have not accepted my documents to confirm my address. I tried different documents, even highlighted all the necessary information in them. I uploaded documents in the application, sent them to the mail, and sent them to the agents in a live chat. Everywhere they do not want to accept my documents and respond with a regular reply stating that another document needs to be provided. I no longer have any strength to continue this verification. Why should I play in the app, deposit my money there and face such difficulties? Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem? My nickname is Betterad
