Is it true
I bought from Lettoria and none arrived on time so I started a dispute with PayPal. It is mostly settled but she asked 3 times to close the dispute and I finally just told her that I’m not closing it and quit asking me to, that it’s not right that she keeps asking me yo close it! Heres the response and I just want to know if it’s true that they block the seller from any actions? TIA

“We are truly sorry for the frustration this has caused, and we completely understand your concern.
We do not intend to pressure you in any way regarding the dispute. The reason we mentioned it is that once a dispute is open, it can temporarily block us from taking further action or issuing certain resolutions on our side. Our goal is simply to be able to support you and resolve everything as smoothly as possible.”
