Industrial Engineering Student Interested in Boeing - Industrial, Test, or Quality Engineering?

I am a student studying industrial engineering who is participating in a Boeing mentorship program and am looking at potential careers with the company. Industrial engineers can work in a wide variety of functions at Boeing, so I would like to hear any input y'all have on which career might have the most interesting/engaging work, what the responsibilities would be, what WLB is like, what pay/career progression looks like, etc. The roles that I am specifically looking at are Industrial, Test, and Quality Engineering. Please let me know if y'all have any input on these roles!

Interviewed final round for McKinsey Atlanta on Friday, haven’t heard back despite a reception for all the interns who received offers being held at 8pm that Friday. Given that I haven’t heard anything from them, I am expecting a rejection. Do they typically notify candidates about rejections on the following Monday? Or is there a possibility I have been waitlisted/held for further consideration if a candidate declines their offer?

Specifically looking for people who have experience with final round rejections/anyone who has gotten an offer later after final round, especially after a reception has taken place, thanks!
