I'm like.. soooo confused on how to do his pattern in his back! His dark shades are on his tail but they wrap around his thighs/legs. The back design just doesn't look right to me and I'm so confused on how to execute it!

My mom has tried to log into her pogo account she's had for 15 years, but it is NOT sending her any verification codes. She can't log into it without one but it's just refusing to send to her for some reason?? Is there anyway we can log into it again?
