I recently got a job as an admin and boss states I'm not well fitted for the job. He meant my extroversion & that he has to 'chase me for a meeting." I'm relatively new into the workforce and I have not received proper training

2 months in and I was pulled aside to be informed those. He stated that he wants me to give in my resignation letter rather than termination. The termination letter is supposed to be given out a month in advance according to our contract.

I do have a proof that he's telling me to send in my resignation letter instead of him producing out termination letter.

Should I proceed with it?
