Arcade cabinets, counters, midway games, and more normally have to snap to a path before you can place them, which forces you to build paths first and fit everything around them. Free Place Facilities removes that restriction so you can drop those items freely in open space, lay them out exactly how you want, and add your paths afterward. They still work normally, once a path reaches the item, guests use it and it earns money just like vanilla. Only the placement restriction is removed, not the path requirement for operation.
