Any recommendations for backpacking holsters? I was thinking about using a utility chest pack.

I have been training for 8 years, 6 of which I spared on a regular basis for fights. I noticed significant cognitive decline, started blanking out on words I should know, and I had horrible short-term memory. Since I've stopped sparring I have noticed a significant increase in all of those areas, but I'm now mentally slow socially. I was curious what symptoms you have.
