Has anyone ever got an Ausbildung in MTLA as a non-EU?

Hi everyone. I 23M, am doing a degree (BSc Microbiology). I really love laboratory sciences but the degree in my country sucks. I am graduating next year March. This January I completed a mandatory 3 month internship in a diagnostic lab and I realised that I love medical lab testing, and that microbiology is just one of the 4 pillars of being a medical laboratory technician.

I then researched about it in Germany, there's an Ausbildung called Medizinische Technical fur Laboranalytik (MTLA) which has now become my obsession. I have am taking the Goethe Zertifikat B2 in October. Besides that, I meet almost all the requirements that are listed in Ausbildung.de for MTLA.

My Question: Is this open to non-Germans/non-EUs like nursing or it is one of the heavily regulated ones like most medical apprenticeships?
