I broke their Scale. Lowest Vitamin levels you might have ever seen. Anyone else who can match my levels? I bet none can.
Basically came back with <10.5nmol/L or <4.2ng/ml. but that not all....
was confused about the < sign and as it turns out it basically means my levels were below what they can even measure.
so basically its somewhere in the 0-4.2ng/ml range lol. turns out I am also deficient in Vit B12 but atleast its 170ish.... iron levels are fine but ferritin saturation percent is slightly low...maybe early signs of impending iron deficiency
Starting 60000iu/week vit d3 and daily 200mg magnesium, alongside a daily dose of 600iu vit d3 that contains some vit k2 (hard to find stand alone k2 supplement from a reputed brand in my region) and also high strength fish oil for omega 3. also starting 1500mcg vit b12 for a month and then will switch to a regular dose vit b complex that contains all the vit Bs.... will be adding back eggs to my diet...
only symptoms were a worsened ADHD like symptoms(undiagnosed btw), and increased tiredness (not fatigue) and brain fog............ no major pains or heart issues though..... maybe its because of all the milk i drink everyday that has protected my bones with through brute force consumption. lol...... wish I could somehow know exact results, but i guess breaking scale is itself a bigger non achievement...
