Is a buzz like that when not playing anything normal in amps?

For specifics i have a kadence blueface 20v amp and a yamaha pacifica 012. And if its a problem is it the amp or the cable.

got her for my birthday i used to only have a very high action accoustic and this feeels soooo much better

I only practiced with like a very old broken high action accoustic for like the last two years and damnnn Electric is so much damn fun to playyyy. Any advice?
