New player sues for peace. Need your opinion and tips

New player, vanila version. I'm playing as Castile and had conquest war against Grenada and it's allie - Tunis. So my questions are:

  1. Am I right that I want to sue for peace with Tunis first and then with Grenada for more profit?

  2. If I sue for peace with Tunis first, then I figured out 2 options.
    First: money, get Tunis capital(becuse of fort and level 2 center), 50% trade power and reparations for 10 years.
    Second: If I don't take Tunis capital, then I can take 150 more ducates and few other demands, like Zuwarah (lvl 2 center).

I'm not sure if the potential trade value of Tunis node is worth all the future hussle (defence, coring, religion convertion). Or maybe I should just take more money here and be done with it?

Anti-Aim cheats?

For more context:

  • We were playing with a squad in unranked, and one of my teammates has already died. He saw exactly what’s in the clip, so this isn’t due to any internet issues from my side
  • After the match ended, our third friend reviewed the replay, and everything was exactly as it is in this video, so this isn’t some kind of “bug replay”
  • The opposing team was generally a bit “susy”
