doordash stole my money
Shop and deliver order, scan to pay wasn't working. I had to try to use my red card. It was an alcohol delivery - the employee had to manually remove taxes for the red card to work. Employee had no fucking idea what they were doing. It was like 1:00 a.m. Manager had no fucking idea what they were doing either.
Cool.
I tried to contact doordash during the delivery. The chat told me to use my own money and to submit a receipt for full reimbursement. I do that. I contacted support immediately after the delivery was completed. This support agent tells me that they're going to escalate the situation for validation and that I need to wait 24 hours. Turns out that was the load of shit. I didn't receive a response. I reached out to support again after 24 hours and a new support agent correctly referred me to the reimbursement form. I filled out the forum. I received an email telling me that I was ineligible for reimbursement.
