Yara i got into economics and history with 90% from kp on self and they are making us pay the fee in 1 day like who the hell does it. Anyways if i were not to pay the fee would i be considered in the subsequent merit lists or not. And if i pay the fee and gets into a merit list on merit would they refund me the fee

Difference between self and merit fee all the charges included and also do i have a chance in IR with 90%
