I already told this earlier but Sony Pictures deliberately doing loose promotion for Ramayana. It was the bad decision for namit to include sony for marketing. I hope I am wrong but it doesn't seems right at all
English dubbing of Ramayana is getting mixed reactions with Indian audiences. But western audiences don't like dubbing especially if it's not having their accent. And I agree with it. Suppose if Hollywood movies dubbed hindi with their own English speaking voice actors they won't speak hindi like our people and we won't like it as well. So makers should bring authentic English speakers from USA or Uk so they can correlate. It's a global film, so makers should not serve the world what we want, but what world wants to see
While Ramayana trailer is creating buzz across India. The trailer was not shown in USA theatres.. It's a missed opportunity for sony and dneg as well. They both not doing the promotions as expected. Sony on the other hand not showed the Ramayana trailer in USA theatres sounds suspicious. Are they are even serious about promotions and marketting?

The trailer looks slightly better than the Rama glimpse. Looking at the current trailer some characters are cgi and not human like. I believe that makers analysed that viewers are nit picking every detail too much even in better vfx part so makers intentionally introduced this trailer with incomplete cgi or shots so that when the movie comes out or final trailer comes out the viewers have no question abt the film quality and so that viewers get no chance to nit pick any more details of the movie.
I'm sure film vfx is best and movie is perfect, it's just that makers are saving the best shots to not get criticised or nit pick by the audiences because if that happens then makers will have no option except postponing the film, which I believe won't happen as DNEG is best known for its vfx work.
Let's wait for the final trailer. It will be awesome

Public is losing the interest for this movie and it's not good. Leaks are everywhere on the internet. Makers are not removing those clips. We are fed of this delay. Don't know what the makers are up to
Now it seems 99.99% confirmed that Ramayana trailer won't come by the end of this month. It may come in beginning of August month.

Surely as my post Marvel aur Sony ki mili bhagat hai ramayana ko flop karne ki. Sony does not care about Ramayana as they have bigger profit with Marvel due to Spiderman BND. Shayad backdoors me marvel k sath deal bhi hui ho k Ramayana k flop se jo loss hoga marvel will pay to sony. I really hope everything goes well with Ramayana. But sorry to say, the hype is dieing now for Ramayana.

At SDCC New Doomsday trailer was shown and it's terrifying
I have a conspiracy theory.. Recently Ramayana trailer got delayed at the last moment. This was deliberately done by Sony and NOT by Namit malhotra. Reason being Sony and Marvel now working on Avengers : Doomsday and that Spiderman: BND has connection to Doomsday so Marvel Studios is behind this delay of Ramayana trailer. They instructed Sony to get Ramayana delay so they can feature their doomsday asset reveal at COMIC CON.
As a result fans are disappointed with the delay from Ramayana team. But let's just hope Namit will know the fan reactions and Ramayana trailer be good.
I have a strange feeling that Ramayana may not release this year as Sony Pictures taking the overseas distribution rights. They won't risk the profits for releasing the Ramayana movie 1 month before Avengers: Doomsday. Especially when Spiderman brand new day will connect to it. Releasing Ramayana during diwali can get instant box office collection but for a 4000 crore movie it needs more than a month runtime to reach box office superhit tag. Too many high stakes for this movie.
