Denied Allergic Rhinitis
So currently rated at 90% and just started Dec 2025 at 0% after being out for over 30 years.
My VA PCP diagnosed me with Chronic Rhinitis so I filed a claim with Tera conceded and SWA Memo as well.
Examiner denied do to 30 year absence and didn’t really touch the Tera piece of the claim, so I filed a supplemental with a statement but after reviewing my medical records I WAS Diagnosed with Allergic RHINITIS and the kicker is the Examiner diagnosed me with Allergic RHINITIS as well all off ACE exam with no phone call But denied the claim.
