Anyone got a tutorial on how to get the Umbra AI to work? I could of done something wrong I get this error:

Any ideas? Went out of town last week and in laws watched dog at our house… 6 year old GSP mix with a history of getting ear infections once or twice a year… I’m certain she would of noticed if he was licking or biting his legs crazy though, never seen him do this before.
