Hiring: Remote Insurance Sales Representative (English/Spanish) – Full Time
We’re looking for a full-time bilingual (English/Spanish) Remote Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing U.S.-based insurance agency.
No cold calling. You’ll be working with warm inbound leads—people who have already requested information or shown interest in our services. Your role is to guide them through the enrollment process and provide an excellent customer experience.
This is a 100% remote position, and we’re hiring candidates throughout Latin America.

Monday–Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time (an hour break)

Base salary: $500/month
Commissions: $10-50
What You’ll Do
Speak with English-speaking clients over the phone.
Assist qualified prospects through the enrollment process.
Follow up with existing leads.
Keep customer information updated in our CRM.
Work closely with the team throughout the day via Zoom.
Requirements: +21 old
Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Sales experience is preferred but not required.
Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day.
Basic computer skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
Reliable computer capable of running multiple websites at once.
Stable, high-speed internet connection.
Reliable electricity.
Quiet workspace.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
