Sellers are not safe anymore — buyer returning my item damaged
Is it a new thing? The item was shipped completely new, we can see that the cardigan is completely new and the wool is ribbed and stretchy. The first two photos are mine, and the close-up photos and details provided by the buyer show that there are tears in the fabric. We can see on the last three photos she is tearing the fabric to make it look like a hole. It’s not safe anymore for sellers to ship items; you have to document and photograph everything to prove it was in perfect condition. So basically, a buyer can just destroy the item to get a refund and then ship it back to you. Has this happened to anyone? It’s frustrating. Any comments on this?
