What’s your go to order sa SB?

What are your go-to Starbucks orders depending on the occasion? I’m trying to branch out from my usual order and would love to hear your recommendations. I’m mainly looking for something that’s great for locked in study or work sessions, something with enough caffeine to work as a simple pre workout, or even just a solid daily coffee that I won’t get tired of drinking.
I usually lean more toward coffee based drinks than overly sweet ones, but I’m open to trying anything if it’s worth it. Feel free to include any customizations too, like adding an extra espresso shot, changing the milk, reducing the syrup, or anything else that makes the drink better.
