So i will open two time periods so i explain both ic and ooc the course of action of the ACTION of the arc. those two time periods will be at 12 hours difference so they cover all time zones.

SO i am back after the hustle of the french digital safety act... (getting the id, the scans, etc...)
Now i am back but i miss a lot of information and have to take back the sadly paused arc.
So i have put a precise schedule on so i (and we) can make the "returnal" of the arc smooth and good.
For today and tomorrow i will answer to everything "urgent" that happened in the comments of the posts (ic and ooc) and ask for recaps from everyone please
the two day forwards i will be less active because i will try to replan the arc accordingly/gather more infromation
Then i will give you a recap from my side and tell you how it will go from now on

So, as you know the duty arc is worked on now 6 months. Half a year. It will soon unveil and everything was set and ready
Though meep, with who i had discussed and given the plan, just decided to screw this up (and two hours of work) in only two sentences.
The vote was intended to be driven by npcs, for which i was doing the sprites, which would show the whole vote being set up.
It would have nice images and all...
But meep decided to organize the vote (even though brilliance can't ic, idk why) when it was planned that che would organize it and duty would rig it.
Of course duty can, and will, still rig the vote, just that with a player vote, it scraps my sprite work etc... So even with a player vote the outcome would still be the same, just that without them my work won't be destroyed
Do you have any problem with retconing the act of meep?

This tactic was used many time.
We put a vote that forces people to comply to the majority opinion. If it is a landslide, of course we should act in consequence (by lanslide i mean 90-100%)
But it is deeply unreasonable to force people to do things ic. We are a roleplay, not a community fanfic. If it was a community fanfic, we would decide all together with votes how to right a precise story, forcing everyone to comply. Like what is happening with the votes right now.
But we are a roleplay, and this is what makes it wonderful. The fact every single opinion is nuanced and has its value. The fact that everyone contribute to the rp, not only the majority.
So to make a vote without reddit glitches, you may comment yes or no to prohibit such votes to happen in the future
We already settled it once with wars. We will settle it a second. There is no question to make actions against any IN RP bonds, if it is not against the whole rp, and is unjustified.
The votes that are organized are to pressure the ic to submit to the ooc. And my answer is no to all of those. Because i don't see why ooc would end ic friendships. I don't see why ooc, would destroy alliances. Will it be " kaboom there is no more" or will you pressure some characters to do acts they do not want to do.
We are a mod team to answer problems. Not one to force things to happen. Alliances can end by themselves. If you think it is bad, work for it, to not do the people be obligated to make their characters do things they do not want to do
