Don Krieg should be quite strong if you think about it

I just rewatched the Don Krieg fight and it was honestly more even than I remembered.
And this is probably Day 2 or 3 since his journey started and I remember hearing somewhere that the strawhats had only spent 20-25 days together before the timeskip happened.
So, I feel having an even fight with Luffy who is going to be defeating so many insanely strong people in a couple weeks should be quite a feat.

Pre water 7 also before he unlocked gear 2, he had already defeated a lot of baroque works people, arlong, bellamy, crocodile and enel

What if Shanks was meant to be the real Joyboy?

Shanks only got the gum gum fruit, got the strawhat passed down to him, dorry and broggy thought about him when they experienced joyboy's conqueror's haki at egghead. Or maybe Roger thought of Shanks as someone who might be the next joyboy. Could be an interesting piece of lore and it may also be connected to what Roger said to Shanks

The end of one piece

I have just started the elbaph arc and have been realising lately that it is going to be turning into a good pirates and good marines vs the world govt with massive power scaling coming up. By good marines I mean Garp, Koby, Kizaru even maybe, etc.
Which would also mean massive power scaling towards the end.
According to me, it is going to be good pirates + good marines vs the world government. Then once that is settled it will end with the remaining yonko racing to the finish line (one piece).
I know its a very crisp TLDR of what might be obvious but I think Garp and all joining the battle from Luffy’s side would be fun to watch :)
