

RBC parking permit fiasco
I live intimately adjacent to a parking permit zone, yet am not in the application zone, and RBC are refusing my discretionary application.
So, my rented property, is aligned with a main road with no parking, and a parking permit zone. Because the property is registered on the main road, it doesnt fall into permit zone - and doesnt appear on the permit application website. Other on street parking is over 500m away.
Ive made a discretionary application, with pictures and maps showing all this. RBC have rejected all this, and dismissed my points about location, access to property, and limited impact to the local parking scene, as not their problem gov..
Am pulling my hair out!
Has anyone had a similar situation, and have any advice for my application or is there an approach i should take?
