My surgery is finally in the morning. I’m feeling nervous, anxious, and excited all together. I do wish I had leaned up more but I trust my doctor. I’ll be getting gland removal and lipo.

I’ve had Gynecomastia since I was 12. 29 now. Finally getting the surgery done through my insurance with a well-known plastic surgeon in my state. It was a long battle of getting it done through my insurance. They wanted me to go to a general surgeon but I wasn’t comfortable, I wanted someone with more experience.
Switched insurance plans with my new job and got it mostly covered. Only have to pay $700 for my lipo and other deductibles totaling to $1300.
I’m currently 230 lbs at 6’1 with about 23-25% bf
(I will go get scanned sometime this week for an accurate percentage)
I plan on dropping 10-15 lbs of pure fat with cardio, diet and weight lifting by October 12th on my surgery date. I would love to drop 20 lbs but I want to be realistic. I see people with Lower bf percentages usually have better results.
