How have you had success in getting leaders to not cold call you

Switched teams recently but in the same client and the new team will Teams call with no warning or even if it’s preceded by a ping saying hello that I respond to, it’ll randomly be 20 minutes later with no indication they want a call.

How have you all been able to successfully communicate that that way of working does not work for you while still being professional and not putting a target on yourself?
I’ve been lucky to only ever have leaders that say “hey can you talk?”….”okay calling now”

I’ve had clients who have simple, sometimes AI generated animated modules that communicate the same messages.

This is a genuine production with legit actors, a script, and post production . Hopefully they got a bundle deal with the studio for this and Dilemma

Even if you operate with a generous assumption that a studio-level production is more effective than other types of module, there has to be no way it is worth the cost difference.

London is also notoriously expensive for production lol the tax credits must have been massive to justify this
