2010 Camaro SS LS3

Hello my fellow Camaro peeps! I picked up this 2010 Camaro SS LS3 for $6k from a family member last weekend. It has 175k miles, needs shocks and struts (bad), and the AC has a leak, so it doesn't blow cold for more than a couple of days after recharging. It has aftermarket headers and straight pipes with a tune, so it sounds great. Did I pay a fair price as is?

I've already changed the wheel spacers from 1.5" on the front and 2" on the rear to 1" all the way around to fit whatever wheels and tires are on it. The first 2 pictures are with the wider spacers still installed, which I think looked ridiculous. The last 2 pictures are how it sits with 1" spacers all around. Still not great fitment-wise, but I may do a body kit or fender flares to fit the wheels and tires better. I love the car and have always wanted a Camaro, and I couldn't pass on this one when I found out it was for sale. I just know as soon as they sold it, I would have been pissed I didn't buy it. I figure if I spend another $4k or so on getting a full suspension kit and getting the AC fixed, it'll be solid, and I'm only in it about $10k. It also has some hail damage, but I'm not too worried about that. I think I'll just get an estimate, and if it isn't too bad, I'll have the small dents pulled. I've looked at motor rebuild kits, and that may need to be done soon as well, just due to the amount of miles it has now. The car runs fine as it is engine-wise, but this car has the most miles of any vehicle I've ever owned, so I am concerned about it.

I should add a note to the info here: I am not building a show car. I will be building it as a fun weekend ripper. I don't plan on daily driving this car, and any work put into it will be strictly "because racecar."
